The Invitation | Original Painting

This painting was created during a season when I felt Jesus inviting me into something new — into His rest.

A rest that is not about withdrawing from life, but about drawing closer to Him. A place where we can lay down our worries, striving, and need to have everything figured out, and instead rest in His presence and in the promises He has given us.

This painting is a reminder that the invitation is still open. We can come just as we are, find peace in Him, and let our hearts rest in the assurance that He carries us.
